Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching, consulting, digital products, and online programs—where access, time, intellectual property, and customized guidance are provided—we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made.

Please ensure you review the program details carefully and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel your participation in a program or service at any time. However:

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused sessions, partial participation, or early termination.
  • Cancellation does not release you from any remaining payment obligations in the case of installment or milestone-based payment plans.

3. Missed Sessions & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time.
  • Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ prior notice will be considered forfeited.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
  • Repeated rescheduling may result in loss of session without compensation.

4. Coach-Initiated Cancellation

If we are required to cancel or reschedule a session, we will:

  • Offer a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time, or
  • Credit the session for future use (no cash refunds).

5. Digital Products & Online Content

All sales of:

  • Digital courses
  • Recorded sessions
  • Downloadable materials
  • PDFs, templates, frameworks, or tools

are final and non-refundable, as immediate access is provided upon purchase.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or partial credits, if any, are granted solely at our discretion and only in rare, exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues that completely prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved).

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend access to all services and materials, and
  • Contest the dispute with supporting documentation.

8. Acceptance of Policy
